fix: improve footer hero responsiveness and alignment

Description

Improves the responsiveness and alignment of the Footer Hero section across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Fixes #1830

Changes Made

• Improved alignment between the footer hero heading and CTA buttons.
• Centered hero content on tablet and mobile breakpoints.
• Improved responsive behavior for the heading text.
• Added a mobile/tablet-specific line break to display:
  Collaboration first,
  Code second.
• Ensured CTA buttons remain centered and responsive across different screen sizes.
