LSP4IJ 0.19.3 Release

We are about to release LSP4IJ 0.19.3. Highlights of this release include some bugs fixes and some performance improvement.

Please give a try to the latest nightly build.

Unless you report a blocking issue, we'll proceed with the release next Wednesday 04/15/2026. If you need to have more time, please tell me.

I have completed smoke testing with LSP4IJ version 0.19.3-20260412-013612 and no issues were found.

I integrated and ran our full test bench against IJ 261 platform and no issues were found. We'll switch to 0.19.2 as our baseline when it's released.
