Fixes LSPDiagnosticAnnotator and LSPDocumentLinkAnnotator not being invoked for read-only files (e.g., from JARs) by adding the applyExternalAnnotatorsWhenInactive="true" attribute to both externalAnnotator declarations in plugin.xml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
