removal of ` .pkg `and `.exe ` macadam binaries on linux.

the extension contains.pkgand .exe macadam binaries on linux. It seems it is not necessary and consumes space. There is a downstream issue for this, but we would like to discuss this before any implementation .

The architecture will change in a near future, as we will have an extension providing the CLIs (macadam and dependencies) through a CLITool. I suppose that we should focus on this new architecture.

@feloy this issue might have slipped to the backburner. As i am looking at gathering issues for next downstream release, Do you have a suggestion as to how we can go about this?
