Description

Migration of Github Discovery tests from github-discovery.spec.ts and github.ts.

Updated github.ts to extend api-helper.
Split CustomAPIHelper into GitHubApiHelper and CatalogApiHelper.
Updated e2e utils to 1.1.21.
