Create a common github project as a registry for didact tutorials

One of the things I really like about Che is the idea of a "registry" of plugins it knows about. Each entry in the registry defines a few properties such as a name, category, and uri. I suspect we could use something similar for didact entries, providing an easier way to display them in the didact view than direct registration via particular extensions.

To move forward with the analogy... perhaps it becomes a "Library" of tutorials that people can contribute to. Then maybe you can "check them out" sort of like books in a library so your view doesn't just get too crowded.

We could even have each contributor put a link in when they put a tutorial in the repository so a user could drag and drop it right into VS Code to "check it out" in their local library
