Verify all roles for telco-reference and cnf-feature-deploy change comliance

There was a change to allow using telco-reference and cnf-feature-deploy, but most roles still have hardcoded paths to the cnf-feature-deploy

First update for telco-core-ztp is here: #154

This can be a tracker for other roles
