[BUG] Missing support for Linux ARM 64 dev containers

Use an Apple Silicon Macbook

Steps to reproduce (How to reproduce what you found step by step)

• Open a new VS Code window
• Open the command palette
• Type dev container try and press Enter
• Select any sample and press Enter
• Wait for the dev container setup
• Open the Extensions sidebar
• Search for redis.redis-for-vscode
• Click Install on the visible extension in the list

Actual behavior (A short description of what you found)

You will see the following message:

The 'redis.redis-for-vscode' extension is not available in Visual Studio Code for Linux ARM 64.

Expected behavior (A short description of what you expected to find)

The extension should be installed.

OS: macOS 14.3.1 (23D60)
