Remove beta label from Iceberg docs (#368)

* Remove beta label for Iceberg docs except specific integrations

* Add iceberg_rest_catalog_base_location as available Cloud property

* Preview cluster property in Cloud doc

* Databricks on AWS is supported

* Update local-antora-playbook.yml
