When the monitor connects, the background replayed only the most recently
active instance and omitted its name, so the panel showed a single instance
named by its composite id (e.g.
18/3). Now it replays every registeredinstance with its stored
libConfig(name, features, serialize).Verified with an unpacked build and 3 zustand stores created before opening
the panel: before — 1 instance named
920546649/1; after — all 3 instanceswith their correct names.
