Adds deprecation warning for SunEditor component in preparation for moving it to a separate repository, improving modularity of the Reflex framework.
- Added deprecation notice in
/reflex/components/suneditor/editor.pyspecifying version 0.7.15 for deprecation and 0.8.0 for removal - Component will be moved to its own package
reflex-sun-editorfor better maintainability and reduced core dependencies
