EH_Fiddle.RAP update (v 0.1.0.3 / sv 0.1.0.2)

REL-784119 - Fixed issue where privilegedEnvelope was undefined in execution of user code
    - Updated RAP with altered JS, RAP version 0.1.0.3, schema version 0.1.0.2.
    - Added privilegedEnvelope to the ambient variables in the execution.
