STFT code for preprocessing?

Hi,

Great work on generative models for ground motion synthesis. I am particularly interested in how to preprocess your ground motion data with STFT. I saw it was empty in TF_Preprocessing.py. Is there any possibility to make it open-access? Thanks a lot!
