This Dependabot PR is stale against v2.0.0: the v2 branch no longer has golang.org/x/image in go.mod or go.sum, and the patch is against the old v1 module path. Its CI failure is also from raising the v1 branch to go 1.25 while that workflow was still pinned to Go 1.24.

Since there is no golang.org/x/image dependency left to update in v2, I’m closing this as obsolete.
