More documentation on Lunars and Accuracy #247

Hi Everyone, hope you are all having happy holidays!. Been taking a hiatus and lots of skiing.

But I have compiled a lot of data, mostly using the easy to use CelNav lunar calcs and some supporting calcs to supplement the Lunar documentation and to address the issue of time accuracy. I am interested to see what you think. I think there is a lot of data here that is useful to know for doing lunars, but which I haven't seen compiled in any other documentation. I'm sure the attached .pdf needs better formatting....

Here are a couple key graphs as a preview of my attached .pdf. The first being a correlation between the angular lunar distance speed, the measurement error, and time accuracy--which is the heart of the lunar accuracy.

The second is a plot of the lunar with the Sun showing lunar distance vs. angular lunar speed.

Uploaded a revised file after correcting a bunch of typos and minor revisions...
