Some firmware adds entries to BootOrder that don't have corresponding Boot#### variables. Previously this caused a fatal error when using -o to set the boot order. Downgrade to a warning so users can still set the boot order in this case. Signed-off-by: Mark Guptill <compguy284@yahoo.com>

Backport upstream PR rhboot/efibootmgr#228 to downgrade a fatal error to a warning when BootOrder references entries without corresponding Boot#### variables. This allows users to modify boot order on systems with non-standard UEFI firmware that creates orphaned boot entries.
