test: temporarily reorder uninstall test to run first
Rename to aaa_uiplugin_uninstall_test.go so TestUIPluginUninstallCleanup runs before all other tests. Verifies that Subscription restoration works and subsequent tests are not affected by the destructive uninstall. Temporary experiment — revert after CI confirms.
