Minimum server requirements?

What minimum requirements does this impose on the virtual server? Is it realistic to expect to run this on a virtual server that only has CPU available, but no GPU?

I would say it's realistic to run on pretty much anything, but the speed will be dramatically improved on a decent NVidia GPU. But if you just run it on CPU. That is fine as well, it just will be fairly slow, comparitively.
