Got the OK to split trainings to make things easier. Equipment now has 3 tiers of training;
- SAFETY trainings are mandatory to complete, and expire regularly. A global "safety training expiration policy" is set that determines how they expire (Every year on X day, every X months/years, etc.). These trainings cover core functionality required for the safe and proper use of equipment, and are brief.
- COMPETENCY trainings are mandatory to complete, but do not expire. They cover how to properly use equipment.
- OPTIONAL trainings are trainings that do not need to be done, but are a way for the user to learn more or explore advanced concepts of mastering using the equipment. These are considered more like guided workflows, the scores didn't matter.
