Summary

• Adds examples/actor-actions-render/: Render deployment of the actor-actions example
• Demonstrates RPC-style cross-actor communication (company creates employee actors)
• Includes Hono server, render.yaml Blueprint, Render DDS UI, and automatic RIVET_ENVOY_VERSION derivation

Test plan

• npm install && npm run dev starts locally
• Deploy to Render and verify company/employee CRUD works
• Verify cross-actor creation (company actor creates employee actors)
