…heck The registry toolchain overhaul added @rivet-dev/agentos-toolchain as a workspace package, and every registry package.json referencing it tripped the boundary check. A package defined in this repo is not an agent-os product dependency — collect local workspace names and skip them (manifest refs and import specifiers). Also picks up rustfmt on a prior test edit that earlier CI rounds never reached.
