Requirement created with wrong date

I can only confirm this on Mac, using the Claude Code extension inside Cursor.

When creating a requirement, it always seems to get the date wrong.

For example, it generated: “2025-01-06-0046-canvas-background-fix”, even though today is July 6th.

@chuonghd I got around this by creating a custom command with one line, !date.
Then in requirements-start.md, I added a new step to the beginning of ### Phase 1: Initial Setup & Codebase Analysis:

1. Get current time using the date bash command.

I don't think you actually need to use custom commands for this but I found this works 100% of the time. No more guessing the time.
