[Bug]: Mouse Vanishing When Moving Into Window Sometimes

Steps to reproduce

When typing something during keeping the mouse outside the window, sometimes later moving the mouse in will make the mouse invisible for a while.

Expected behavior

The mouse should be always visible no matter where it used to be, and where it is now.

Actual behavior

Sometimes the mouse would be invisible for a while, before some moves.

I don't know why it happen, but I hope that it could be fixed asap. Many thanks!

• I searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate.
• I can reproduce this on a clean install (or a fresh INI via Notepad3 /i), not only with my customized config.
• If attaching Notepad3.ini: I've reviewed it for sensitive entries ([Recent Files], [Recent Find], [Recent Replace], Favorites=, DefaultDirectory=) and redacted what I don't want to share publicly.
