chore(deps): upgrade @mui/material and @mui/icons-material to 9.1.1, fix security overrides (#5131)

* chore(deps): upgrade @mui/material and @mui/icons-material to 9.1.1, fix security overrides

- Fix npm overrides field (was incorrectly named "override") and add overrides for form-data, tmp, dompurify, and uuid
- Bump @mui/material and @mui/icons-material from 9.0.1 to 9.1.1 in packages/mui and packages/playground
- Add resolve.alias and server.deps.inline to packages/mui vitest.config.ts to fix react-transition-group ESM directory import error introduced by @mui/material@9.1.1
