Interactive charts

• Reworked some of the code in the Lenskit and Collaborative Filtering notebooks to work for all our permutations (sample d or full datasets, and with or without periodicals included)
• Created interactive charts folder and added code to generate HTML version of figure 14
• Reorganized data in speculative reading folder and added more informative README
