Add support for lua based mods.

With this mod (that sadly does not work with the latest version of Lost Soul Aside) https://www.nexusmods.com/lostsoulaside/mods/3 it comes with an lua interface where one could use lua based mods. But because this mod does not have it this mod does not work: https://www.nexusmods.com/lostsoulaside/mods/12

The idea:

• have a configuration file that can enable the lua and lua based mods for those who want to use lua based mods in their game(s).
