• Update python-rrmngmnt dependency to use git source from fork with paramiko compatibility fixes
• Additional cleanup commits for storage clone tests

Dependency Update

• Switch python-rrmngmnt from PyPI version >=0.1.32 to git source from rnetser/python-rrmngmnt fork (update-paramiko branch)
• This fork contains paramiko compatibility fixes from python-rrmngmnt PR #159

Other Changes

• Enable wait_for_interfaces in tests
• Remove docstrings from DV fixtures
• Remove mistakenly added pytest.mark.smoke marker
• Remove redundant parentheses
• Replace artifactory with quay in smoke clone tests

Test plan

• CI passes
• Verify python-rrmngmnt is correctly installed from the fork
• Run storage clone tests to verify functionality
