Issues on Medium posts, peertube, youtube

@robalex hi, 2 little things about the extension, sorry to bother

1. medium posts don't trigger the extension because apparently there is no feed in the post page, it only triggers if you go on the medium profile of the person
2. on peertube it just doesn't work

in both cases, the ''show source'' button in firefox doesn't let me find the feed so it's more about them than you but maybe you wanted to do something about it (even just adding a disclaimer in the extension description idk)

oh, before sending this toot i also just checked youtube and even while the show source code actually shows the feed, the extension does not; maybe this one is worth fixing

All three of these appear to have issues on the website side, they don't have the auto-discovery links.

I think the tasks here are:

1. Add a disclaimer
2. Ask each platform to add auto-discovery links to profile pages and content pages (posts, videos, etc).

For Medium, I sent them a request to add the RSS auto-discovery link to post webpages as well. Others should feel free to make a similar request.

For PeerTube, I see some support via Chocobozzz/PeerTube#541 and https://peertube2.cpy.re/c/blender_open_movies@video.blender.org/videos. I'm not confident what the best approach is for PeerTube, I'll defer to someone else to open an issue (https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/issues/) and ideally drop a link here.

For YouTube, I see the auto-discovery RSS link in the HTML source, but not in the DOM. I think they are removing it when rendering?
