The first commit copies the dashboard verbatim and provisions it with grafana automatically.
The second commit makes it read-only, and removes the datasource input so the default is automatically used.
In the future we will not need to upload dashboards to grafana.com for docker users, but native mode users will still need to be able to get the json from somewhere. We can update the docs to point them to github, instead, and have them copy the json in directly.
