Adds the Doubleword Control Layer to the Gateways section — an open-source (Apache-2.0), Rust AI model gateway that provides unified access to LLMs across endpoints behind a single auth layer, with API key generation, user management, and request logging. It's a direct peer to the existing Glide and MLFlow Gateway entries.
