Description

Currently Node and Parameter information is just missing from the ros2doctor report.
Since those information is also important to know the ROS 2 system configuration, it would be nice to add those information as well as endpoints.

Motivation

Providing more information for ros2doctor report can be useful to understand the entire ROS 2 network.
