当前在"AI提供商"配置中，当添加多个提供商时，缺少灵活的管理机制。如果某个提供商暂时不可用（如API密钥失效、服务宕机等），用户只能手动删除该提供商下的所有模型配置。若不删除，系统仍会轮询到失效的模型，导致请求失败或响应延迟，影响使用体验。
建议方案
为每个AI提供商增加一个"启用/禁用"开关功能：
