Support coockiecutter

I created a branch feature/cookiecutter for this.
Everything is already implemented - the only problem left is handling the GitHub actions behavior.

If someone wants to use this project with the. cookie-cutter just git checkout feature/cookiecutter for now.

I can recommend Copier instead of cookiecutter as it’s basically better in every way (except cookiecutter is more established/well known).
