The latest public dotnet tool version still uses Tailwind 3 instead of Tailwind 4

I see that you've done some development for the v4 but the 1.1.0 tool I restore is still downloads the v3 CLI. Why isn't it released, is it unstable?

Hi, it's stable — I'm using it daily. The reason it's not marked as released is because I planned to add some breaking changes I wanted to tackle. But now I think I was too optimistic about having time to do that. I’ll reconsider releasing it as is.
