Remove support for .NET 8 and .NET 9 sometime in 2027

.NET 9 ends support on November 10, 2026 - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core#lifecycle

What's the plan to remove support for .NET 9 in this SDK?

I imagine we will drop .NET 8 and .NET 9 support some time in the beginning of 2027
