Redesign error handling

• current RSocketError API is not very useful
• custom Errors handling should be introduced, so that it's possible to transform exception with custom error codes in specific exception
  • e.g. so that it will be possible to re-instantiate ISE or other Kotlin exception from remote exceptions based on code and message
