Code Review
This pull request refactors the code by removing redundant logic for setting a default logger for proxy configurations from the normalizeOptions method. This logic is already correctly and more comprehensively handled in the setupMiddlewares method. The change successfully centralizes the proxy logger initialization, improving code clarity and maintainability. The refactoring is sound and I have no issues to report.

Pull request overview
This PR removes a redundant block from normalizeOptions() that was iterating over options.proxy items to set a default logger. This was duplicate of the same defaulting logic already present in getProxyMiddleware() inside setupMiddlewares(), which handles all proxy config items (including those returned by function-type configs) at middleware setup time.
Changes:
- Removes the
options.proxy.map(...)loop fromnormalizeOptions()that setitem.logger = this.loggerfor non-function proxy config items.
