Summary
This PR aligns the release workflow with
rspack-plugin-react-refreshby publishing throughpnpm stage publish --no-git-checksonv*tags or manual dispatch. It also removes the obsolete custom release script and the direct dev dependencies that were only needed by that script or otherwise unused.Related Links
