This PR implements a series of micro-UX improvements and branding unifications to enhance the RTECH user experience.

Key changes:

  • Logo Unification: The RTECH logo now consistently features a blinking terminal cursor and links to index.html on both pages.
  • Navigation Polish: Navigation links in os2.html now follow the terminal-inspired '/' prefix pattern. Layout shifts on hover have been eliminated by pre-initializing transparent borders on links.
  • Interactive Utility: A new 'Copy' button has been added to the assembly code block on the specifications page, providing immediate visual feedback upon success.
  • Performance: Optimized the loading of the OS mirror check to improve initial page responsiveness.

Accessibility improvements include proper ARIA labels and focus-visible states for the new interactive elements.
