💡 What: Unified the RTECH logo styling, added a blinking terminal cursor, and standardized navigation links with a terminal-inspired '/' prefix. Fixed layout shifts on hover by pre-initializing borders.
🎯 Why: Inconsistent branding and navigation disrupted the "industrial/terminal" aesthetic and immersion. Visual shifts on hover were a micro-UX annoyance.
♿ Accessibility: Ensured high-contrast focus indicators and consistent navigation patterns for better usability.
