Hi! 👋 I just started learning how prism works and noticed a couple of dead links while reading through the design document.
This PR fixes two broken links in docs/design.md:
• Replaced the outdated Vaughan Pratt TDOP link with a working GitHub mirror.
• Updated Chidi Williams’ blog URL to the correct
/posts/path.No content changes other than link fixes. Thank you 👍
