`Ripper` is overtaken by `Prism::Translation::Ripper`

Worked around in ruby/prism#4092 by using startdoc/stopdoc instead of stopdoc. I guess it might also be working as intended, not sure

Thanks for reporting this. I think my PR has fixed the issue. So now :nodoc: should work again. Let me know if that's not the case.
