Where is Reline used?

IRB uses Reline, I know. Any more uses in core or the standard library?

ruby/debug and ruby/rdoc

Debug explicitly use Reline.
RDoc's ri command uses Readline.readline and Readline is aliased to Reline if readline-ext is not installed.

I also use it nowadays on windows. I always used readline on linux but I had issues with
windows. Reline seems to work well on both plafforms so this is a plus.

Perhaps we could also add a document or section to mark where reline is all used. That
way people can more easily find more code examples too, so this discussion could
perhaps become a small subsection in a .md file or so.
