Description
This updates the text for the confirmation dialog(s) when sending the e-mail invitation to a partner.

How Has This Been Tested?
Create a new partner
Navigate to all partner page (/partners)
Click the "invite" button on the partner row... Validate message
Edit the organization, and change "Use one-step Partner invite and approve process" option to "Yes"
Navigate back to all partner pages
Click the "Invite and Approve" button on the partner row... Validate message
