Describe the bug
The printed size of the avatar is not set but depends on the used image size. As a result, some avatars are small (approx 2x2cm), others print on a full page width (20x20cm).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on an email.
2. Click the print icon
3. See the print preview or the printed copy

Expected behavior
Expected would be to see all avatars of the same size, independently on the image saved in the contacts. (Preferably do not reformat the image in the contacts - some apps do that and as the contacts are synced, the avatars get reformatted many times and as a result the image quality degrades.)

• I could not check on a smartphone as the print icon is missing. I understand the choice as i never needed to print an email from a smartphone (because i never print anything, on the desktop that was to save as a PDF). Although i do print things from a smartphone on the LAN-connected printer.
