feat: Add Open source Frontend Acessibility Tool and React Native Component Library

I propose the addition of two websites that helps developers. The first is a React Native component library with pretty pre-built components and the second is an open source tool that helps frontend developers by offering CSS tools, WCAG checkers and AI skill builders.
