10c5f7d Prepare stack of releases (Jamil Lambert, PhD) Pull request description: To prepare for the releases of bitcoind, bitreq, client, electrsd and jsonrpc: - Update the changelogs. This includes some missing changelog entries for the previous release. - Bump the versions and update the dependencies versions. - Update the lock files.
