Investigate if we can use any of the new crates from `rust-bitcoin` on their own

Warning this could easily be a hair brained idea.

Is it possible to use any of the stabalizing crates from rust-bitcoin without using a bitcoin beta release? And/or what hacks would this require?

If we could do this we could potentially not do #874 and then rust-psbt-v2 could use miniscript without us updating here.

This crate depends pretty heavily on Address and the BIP32 types. Otherwise you could do it.
