Sorry to bring this pr up yet again but I didn't quite catch if there was a decision on whether or not to move the Corsor to -adapters: rust-embedded/embedded-hal#717 . Just wanted to make sure before I move it.

Also an admin will need to update the CI settings for the MSRV bump.
