Roadmap

v0.1 - Public Template Baseline

  • Clear README, setup, usage, and adoption docs.
  • Filled example project.
  • GitHub community files.
  • CI for checker tests.

v0.2 - Better Validation

  • Expand tests for scripts/check_doc_coverage.py.
  • Add link checking.
  • Add example closeout logs and checkpoints.
  • Document release and migration practices for template users.

v0.3 - More Examples

  • Add examples for a web app, library, and CLI project.
  • Add before/after walkthroughs for retrofitting an existing repo.
  • Collect common code-map patterns.

Later

  • Consider an optional generator CLI if the template workflow proves stable.
  • Consider publishing curated integrations for popular AI coding tools.
